This item adds a rank in a Speak or Read & Write skill to the sheet of a single End Times character, at a much improved rate over using OC or the Learned Skill item.
Only a Basic or Advanced language that appears as a Free Skill or Core Skill (at any rank) in the character’s Race and/or starting Region may be selected for this item. Arcane languages cannot be learned with this item, nor can languages that were not listed as Free/Core skills at character creation.
Players may purchase this item multiple times, to take multiple ranks in a single language and/or learn ranks of multiple languages.
