Shipping policy

We know that you’re excited to receive your Fantasy Alive Merchandise. Because some of our products are produced on demand, production time means it can take 5-21 days for your product to be processed and delivered. Please take this processing time into account when placing an order as a late purchase may mean waiting until the next event to receive your merchandise.
