For each purchase of this item the buyer can select one Fantasy Alive event. At that event all players who Register will be given one additional tag in their Log randomly chosen. Limitations based on the rarity of the tags listed below.
Common and Uncommon items only: Unlimited number of these can be applied per Event. Up to Very Rare items only: Limited to 3 applied per Event. All Merchant Items: Limited to 1 applied per Event.
