End Times Event and Meal Plans

EVENTS

The prices listed are for those registering and paying online at least 7 days before the event. For those who miss this deadline, a full weekend or single day pass can be purchased with cash at the door for $75 and $60, respectively (including tax). If this is your first event and you have chosen the Double XP welcome bonus, then select either Full Weekend or Single Day, as desired, when paying for your event.

 

MEAL PLANS

A proposed menu can be found on the Facebook event page. When registering for the event, make sure to specify if you require vegetarian options and/or have any food allergies or dietary concerns, and we will do our best to accommodate these where possible.

The deadline for registering for meal plan is 7 days prior to the event. As food must be purchased and partially prepared in advance, it is generally not possible to sign up for meal plan after this deadline and there are no refunds for meal plan if you miss the event. The only exception is that a player can transfer their meal plan to another player (all arrangements for doing so are between the players, simply notify the Logistics manager of the transfer).

Water is always available for free and players do not need to bring their own to site. All players are also welcome to bring their own food and other drinks, though please note that there is no access to the kitchen to store, cool, heat or otherwise prepare these items. Please ensure that all garbage is promptly disposed of and all obviously-modern items are stored either in private areas or out-of-sight in common areas.
